Adolfo is a lawyer graduated from the University of Lima, Peru, and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center in New Hampshire, U.S.A. Over more than 20 years, he has developed a solid and diverse career, serving as a founding partner of multiple law firms and having worked at renowned legal practices in Peru and Venezuela, including Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano and Bentata Abogados, respectively, as well as in public institutions such as INDECOPI (Peru’s IP Office), where he led relevant Intellectual Property projects supported by international organizations.
His professional experience also includes serving as Institutional Manager for Peru’s music industry association (COPERF) and corporate work in the U.S., including legal internships at Calvin Klein’s headquarters in New York.
He has been a speaker, moderator, and participant in numerous national and international Intellectual Property seminars and conferences organized by INTA, ECTA, ASIPI, WIPO, and others, and was elected as a Member of the Trademark Office Practices Committee, period 2026-2027 at INTA Leadership. He has been recognized as a distinguished professional by specialized publications such as Chambers & Partners and World Trademark Review.
